iAdvize, french startup specialised in Conversational marketing, today offers to merchants and consumers a valid alternative to Google to help them find the right information before deciding to purchase a product or service online. A SaaS solution that combines Human and Artificial Intelligence and brings a new dimension to online sales.
As part of its development and following a series B fundraising in 2015, iAdvize has used SlimPay to streamline and simplify the process collection of its B2B customers.
Indeed, creating SEPA mandate through the bank has been a long and tedious process. It was necessary to scan the papers, send them back, and then follow-up: a considerable loss of time.
Today, it is the Invoicing and Customer Recovery Department taking care of the SEPA mandates’ signature for new customers, the establishment of fixed or variables deadlines over the year and tracking collections.
All mandates are electronically signed simply via email, monthly payments are taken into account in SlimPay BackOffice tool which provides a smart mandate storage. A report of the direct debit executed the day before is published daily to reconcile the bills.
The implementation of SlimPay took place quickly, the paper mandates were imported and archived and iAdvize could count on the very reactive SlimPay Customer Success team in charge of the support of new customers.
“We are very satisfied with SlimPay. An intuitive interface, an easy-to-use platform for our daily needs, also the reimbursements have been easier as SlimPay manages the entire direct debit chain until the execution and representation of payment orders. This avoid us to ask the accounting department to do it for us, ” says Julie Legout, ADV at iAdvize.
For the past two years, SlimPay has been supporting the optimization of the collection of its customers thanks to a smooth procedure and a considerable time saving. Now, iAdvize has 600 corporate customers in Europe with offices in London, Düsseldorf, Madrid and Boston and has announced end of 2017 a new round of funding of 32 million euros.
SlimPay thus remains a privileged partner in the context of their development and international expansion.
